early check-in, late check-out. large and newly remodelled rooms with ironed sheets, comfy beds, as for instance and exceptionally pleasant staff. the most important - particularly good and absolutely perfect location in center of the valet drop off.

The location was marvellous, the staff were very courteous. It was about 1 km from the airport. Truly enjoyed the double room, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Comfortable & convenient to the airport for an overnight stay. Excellent restaurant.

It was pleasant and convenient. We were visiting with our grandson, who attends SJSU....and it was nearby his house.

The blankets were "heavy"....we usually sleep with a down comforter, which is light weight. These felt weighty to me. Also, at the price, it seems there should have been at least a small, continental breakfast....especially with the cost of parking.

To me the friendliness and courtesy of the staff is always the most important. I would say the customer service at the St. Claire is outstanding! You can certainly tell that customer satisfaction is a team effort....

The fact the room service includes gratuity in the total of the bill. I was unaware of this, so I ended up tipping about forty five percent of the bill. Which by any means is way over the top by any standards. It's not like they stayed in the room to feed me and take away my tray as well.....lol...jk. Also the parking is kinda difficult to deal with at the St. Claire.

The hotel had an old-style feeling to it but with modern day necessities. The staff was amazingly helpful and the service was outstanding!

The rooms were a tad on the small side.

Good place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me find great local eateries, which I still appreciate. I'll definitely be back for my next trip!
